Even though it is too late to sealcoat your parking lot or driveway this year, we can still provide some protection from the harsh effects of winter. If cracks need to be filled or if patching needs to be done, let's perform the repairs now. Keeping water from reaching the foundation will help prevent further damage and help the asphalt hold up to the repeated freeze and thaw cycles in this region.
By the way, hot mix asphalt patches should cure before they are sealcoated. So, patching now and sealing in the spring is not a bad way to go.
